Had To Share!

From time to time I see guys selling their bikes with the forks backwards.

I think if most of these guys would turn them around the correct way, they wouldn't be selling the bike! HA! I bet it rides like crap!

This is the guys add with attitude over price.
"The best word to describe this Ebike is WOW!!!!!! This bike is fast and quiet if you like extreme MTB riding ,hunting quietly or just cruising on the beach this is the bike for you. It is a Motobecane Boris X 5 with 4.5" fat tires and the Luna mid drive BBSHD electric ebike motor with off road programming it also has the Luna fusion wolf 52volt 13.5AH GA' battery. This bike will take you 20 miles on battery alone and further with the pedal assist mode. Serious inquires only. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CASH DO NOT WASTE MY TIME PLEASE $3200.00"

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T BUY YOUR EBIKE FROM A GUY LIKE THIS!
At least buy it from a guy like myself who knows what direction the friggin forks go!!! Not only that, but I would sell the same bike for $2200 with the same parts list. $2500 with a gear shifter power pause option and Lekkie upgraded sprocket, because shifting is important and so is not having the chain jump off that fugly heavy factory sunflower chain sprocket!!! And for $3200, I don't want to see any damn black zip ties on the frame, let alone a white frame! They look like shit!

I sent him a email letting him know about the backwards forks.

It's Been A Long Couple Months!

First finding a place to move, then the actual move. I'm worn out! The move will be finished by the end of next week, then I can start reorganizing stuff to build bikes again.

Some bad news just came across my work bench yesterday. The 630 Everjourney 7 speed I've been developing for ebike conversion over the past year and a half will NOT be available. All I'll say about it is that they are no longer suitable for the conversion. I still have a limited supply of the older models available for conversions, but that will be the last of them. Yeah, to say I'm disappointed with the change would be a massive understatement, especially considering the time I've put into the project.

(The ladies Teal version in photo.)

I've removed these bikes from the side bar available ebike listings. If I want to offer a similar bike I will have to try the more expensive Electra version.
